These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Credorra platform and Services. By using Credorra, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Our services
Credorra.ai operates a technology platform that connects e-commerce brands and sellers with vetted product testers and content creators for the purpose of generating authentic verified reviews, user-generated content (UGC), and feedback across major online marketplaces — including Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Target, eBay, Etsy, Nordstrom, and others (collectively, "Marketplaces").
Service commencement
By submitting an order or creating a campaign on the Credorra platform, you understand and agree that our team begins working on your campaign immediately upon order submission, automated workflows are triggered instantly, and tester sourcing commences without delay.
Review authenticity and independence
Credorra facilitates only authentic, independent reviews. Testers are free to leave honest positive, negative, or neutral reviews based solely on their genuine product experience.
Right to refuse service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any user at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms, marketplace policy violations, or conduct we determine to be harmful to the platform, our partners, or other users.
Campaign pausing and cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel campaigns that have been paused for more than six (6) months without notice, to keep our system and inventory current.
Pricing
We reserve the right to adjust the prices of our Services at any time. Price changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice and will not affect campaigns already purchased and in progress.
